Price depends on the size of the space and the type of clean. Regular cleans are quoted per visit based on square metres; end-of-tenancy cleans are quoted as a fixed price after you tell us the room count. You'll always get a number before you book.
We guarantee the clean meets the standard your handover inspection checks — cleanliness, not pre-existing damage or wear a landlord can't hold against your deposit anyway. If anything is flagged within 48 hours, we come back and fix it for free.

No. Many clients give us key access and a short walkthrough beforehand. All cleaners are insured and background-checked before their first visit.
